The roaster is shipped complete. It has the electrical wiring and Alligator Clamps
to attach to a 12 volt battery and the gas line and regulator to attach to a bottle of
Propane
Will cook approximately 23 pounds of peanuts in 43 to 51 minutes,.(Depending on Weather
Conditions.) Temperature, Wind, and humidity effect cooking time.

Cooking Drum Material
The Cooking Drum is constructed of Stainless Steel to provide even cooking temperature and
long life of the drum. You can see the drum contains 3 vanes to insure even cooking
of the peanuts by adding mixing action to the rotation.
